Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage custom interfaces and system integrations for Oracle Time and Labour to meet business requirements

Analyze existing custom code and document changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards

Develop and implement custom code solutions to support time, attendance, and labor forecasting needs

Collaborate on migration projects from legacy systems into Infor WFM, ensuring smooth transition and data integrity

Optimize scheduling and labor forecasting processes using strong functional knowledge and tools like Workbrain and Infor WFM

Perform SQL-based data analysis and troubleshooting to maintain system performance and resolve issues effectively

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven ability to analyze and develop custom code, document changes, and optimize time, attendance, and labor forecasting processes; migration experience to Infor WFM is a plus
