Responsibilities
Provide support for PCIe Solutions on hardware-assisted verification platforms, addressing customers’ technical needs and concerns
Deliver prompt and clear responses to customer inquiries and technical issues
Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot emulated designs to identify root causes while collaborating with R&D to implement solutions
Deliver in-depth training sessions for field engineers and customers on product features and functionality
Design use cases and develop test scenarios tailored to customer needs
Collaborate closely with customers to gather product requirements and produce clear, detailed documentation and specifications
Work with early adopters to ensure successful implementation of new features and developments
Work closely with experienced team members to advance technology, uphold best practices, and drive ongoing product enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of related experience
Proficiency in C/C++ programming within a Linux development environment
Good knowledge of PCIe protocol
Good understanding of computer systems and x86 architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred
Familiarity with emulation technology is an advantage
Working knowledge of Hardware Description Languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDL
Prior experience in a customer facing function such as application engineer from an emulation or prototype systems provider a plus
