Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining networking equipment, including structured cabling, routers, and switches
Performing site surveys
Configuring and resolving issues with network devices
Testing systems for optimal operation
Assisting with server room build-outs
Collaborating with clients to address their network needs
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in installing and maintaining structured cabling systems, including fiber optics, Ethernet, and coaxial cables
Strong knowledge and experience with WiFi networks, VoIP phone systems, and security camera systems
Technical skills in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
Experience in site surveys, data network troubleshooting, and server room build-outs
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are advantageous
Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site across the Greater Seattle Area
