Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and deployments
Conduct site visits for projects and maintenance
Audit and remediate network devices for security compliance
Assist with Cisco Unified Communications systems as needed
Maintain network systems with software and firmware updates
Create and update documentation, diagrams, and departmental procedures
Troubleshoot network issues, document root cause, and implement fixes
Collaborate with vendors for escalations and resolutions
Mentor team members and share knowledge
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Qualification

Required

3+ years hands-on experience with Cisco network infrastructure (operations & implementations)
Strong knowledge of IP routing and protocols (OSPF, BGP)
Experience with WAN technologies (MPLS, IPsec, VPNs)
Familiarity with network security technologies (firewalls, identity management, anti-malware)
Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Preferred

CCNA or CCNP certification preferred
Cisco Unified Communications and VoIP experience is a plus
