They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Master level Clinician to join their In-Home Therapy team, focusing on assessing families, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to youth and families in their natural environments.

Responsibilities
Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)
Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches
Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
Guiding families toward healthier relationships, better communication, and stronger emotional wellness
Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field - must be license eligible
Valid MA Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
Ability to make clinical judgments and work independently
Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered care
