Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate new or revised policies, methods, procedures, criteria, and guidance for real estate actions

Assist in the planning, direction, implementation, and administration of projects involving acquisition, termination, construction, renovation, repair, and management of real property

Serve as principal liaison with GSA, military branches, state/local governments, and private-sector partners

Research, analyze, and evaluate interrelated project activities, programs, and management practices to monitor project performance

Prepare rent estimates and maintain leasing documentation within the Department’s system of record, Archibus

Develop housing plans, point papers, options analyses, and briefing materials reflecting all relevant considerations

Develop standards and guidance to improve lease procurement practices and methodologies

Advise stakeholders and senior leadership on complex real estate issues, including policy interpretation and strategic planning

Required

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse

Bachelor's Degree

EIGHT (8) years of experience working in or with the General Services Administration (GSA)

Experience using GSA systems including Rent on Web, OAsis, and eRETA
