Head of Sales B2B SaaS/US Real Estate Market (US time zone)
Real Estate Bees is a product-driven B2B SaaS company in the Real Estate & Lead Generation space. They are seeking a Head of Sales who will own revenue growth and build a scalable sales system for the US market, focusing on optimizing the end-to-end sales funnel and managing a sales team.
Responsibilities
Full ownership of the company’s B2C revenue
Revenue planning, execution, and forecasting (monthly / quarterly)
Building and optimizing the end-to-end sales funnel : Lead → Demo → Deal → Retention / Expansion
Improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
Managing sales cycle length and average deal size
Ownership of key metrics: ARPU / LTV, Revenue churn, CAC (in collaboration with Marketing)
Driving upsell and expansion revenue
Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Sales Reps and SDRs
Building sales playbooks, scripts, and standards
Defining sales strategies for different products and customer segments
Shaping ICP, pricing logic, and packaging together with Product and Marketing
Feeding market insights back into the product
Qualification
Required
Ownership of revenue growth and predictability
Experience in building scalable sales systems
