Responsibilities

Configure, deploy & support servers, networks, firewalls, and M365
Lead client integrations & infrastructure refreshes
Resolve escalated PC/email/network issues
Monitor backups, performance & security systems
Document, train, and collaborate with vendors & clients

Required

Expert in Systems engineering, IT support
Proficient in Wi-Fi, VoIP, Virtual private network, VLANs, Security system monitoring, Performance monitoring, Microsoft SQL Server
English - Fully fluent
5–10 yrs in IT support or systems engineering
Strong network/server experience (Azure AD, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

Microsoft Server or M365 certification
