Director of Product Management (Retail)
Framebridge is reimagining the custom framing experience through a seamless blend of e-commerce innovation and in-person retail craftsmanship. The Director of Product Management, Retail will lead the retail product strategy and roadmap, bridging digital and physical worlds to create seamless omnichannel experiences for customers while empowering retail teams.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision for Framebridge's retail experience, from initial customer consultation through order fulfillment and pickup
Build and maintain a strategic roadmap that balances retail growth initiatives with operational efficiency and customer experience improvements
Partner with Retail Operations, E-commerce, and Manufacturing teams to identify opportunities where product solutions can drive business impact
Make data-driven prioritization decisions across competing retail and omnichannel initiatives
Lead the design and development of tools and systems that enable retail associates to deliver exceptional in-store consultations and transactions
Drive improvements to point-of-sale and back-of-house workflows, inventory visibility, order management, and customer data integration
Build bridges between Shopify, NetSuite, and retail-specific back-of-house systems to create unified omnichannel experiences
Champion solutions that simplify complex operational processes for frontline retail teams
Work closely with E-commerce and Operations technical teams to understand system constraints and integration requirements across our technology stack
Partner with Retail Operations leadership to understand store-level pain points and translate them into product requirements
Collaborate with Analytics teams to instrument retail products with meaningful metrics and insights
Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams on omnichannel customer journey optimization
Build and mentor a team of product managers focused on retail and omnichannel experiences
Communicate product strategy and progress effectively to executive leadership
Cultivate strong relationships with retail store teams, gathering feedback and building advocacy for new product capabilities
Manage vendor and partner relationships for retail technology solutions
Qualification
Required
8+ years in product management, with at least 4 years focused on retail or omnichannel experiences
Proven track record leading product strategy in retail operations, point-of-sale systems, or retail technology platforms
Deep understanding of omnichannel retail operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer data synchronization
Experience working with complex technical integrations between e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and retail-specific tools
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success
Comfort navigating enterprise systems like NetSuite, Shopify, and warehouse management platforms
Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and the technical constraints of retail technology ecosystems
Ability to work effectively with technical operations teams and translate between business needs and technical requirements
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority
Clear, compelling communicator who can articulate product vision to diverse audiences
Experience building and developing product management teams
Collaborative mindset with a track record of successful cross-functional partnerships
Preferred
Experience in custom manufacturing, made-to-order, or build-to-order retail environments
Familiarity with Celigo, RF-SMART, or similar integration and warehouse management platforms
Background in retail operations or store management
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools (BigQuery, Looker, etc.)
