Responsibilities
Acts as a subject matter expert with wide-ranging experience using professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel Provide business/technical support to Corporate, Supply Chain, and Distribution Center personnel for Supply Chain system initiatives, including testing and implementing new technologies, functionality, or system or user enhancements
Develop standardized reporting/dashboards as per business needs
Develop and support knowledge transfer for process changes, system implementations, business requirements gathering, and best practices
Responsible for triaging issues, finding root causes for problems, and corresponding solutions with team members from the rest of the Supply Chain Solutions Team and DTI
Lead continuous improvement projects and ensure project teams complete deliverables on time
Advanced critical thinking and root cause corrective action mindset to develop solutions and drive strategic initiatives
Identify issues, evaluate resources needed to correct issues and model and present solutions to senior management
Assist with the development of KPIs and measurement tools
Execute within required timelines on high-level projects assisting senior leadership where needed
Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with other functional departments and business colleagues from various business units
Facilitate and present data at an executive level

May assist junior-level staff with general tasks that require a better understanding of processes as directed by immediate supervisor
Proactive identification of future best practices for daily operations and analytics/relevant BI tools
May refer to senior-level staff for assistance with higher-level problems that may arise
Escalate issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary
Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations
Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree; 5+ years of experience with Master's degree
Advanced critical thinking and root cause corrective action mindset to develop solutions and drive strategic initiatives
Has advanced Excel/relevant software skills for applicable systems/tools
Ability to offer unique insight not identified by other analysts in their relevant field
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement those changes while working closely with cross functional stakeholders
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Relevant advanced degree preferred
Major's Preferred: Engineer, MIS, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
