Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field with 2+ years of category management or CPG analytics experience
Proven experience working with syndicated data and digital category tools (Circana/IRI, Numerator, panel or shopper insights platforms)
Strong analytical and storytelling ability with a strategic mindset—can turn data into clear action
Experience with space planning tools (Blue Yonder/JDA highly preferred; Apollo/Spaceman acceptable) and planogram creation/validation
Excellent communication, accountability, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ownership mindset and retail/customer-facing confidence
