Deliver timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English via calls and chat
Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions step-by-step
Log all customer interactions accurately
Identify trends and share feedback to improve processes
Collaborate with your team to stay updated on priorities
Represent the brand with care, professionalism, and patience
Qualification
Required
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
Laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or higher
Stable internet connection (15 Mbps upload/download or faster)
A quiet, dedicated workspace for calls
Preferred
Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus!
