ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR - FAMILY OFFICE
Flynn Barrett Consulting is a premier alternative asset management firm specializing in private equity and real estate investing. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to assist with financial operations, including the timely payment of invoices and maintaining orderly records.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze invoices and requests for payments. Prepare the related checks and wire transfers
Posting of cash receipts and disbursements to the general ledger
Assist with opening bank accounts and reconciling credit card transactions
Ensure that payment details are scanned and saved on our network
Monitor, analyze and reconcile accounts
Respond quickly to requests from the executive, his office support staff, home and estate managers and family
Summarize information from the general ledger to assist with tax return preparation and assist with the administration of tax documents
Qualification
Required
College graduate with 4+ years of accounting experience
Position will use Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and Outlook, as well as Sage accounting program (Sage ACCPAC)
Should be very well organized, accurate, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
Must possess a positive 'can do' attitude, be proactive, take responsibility and follow through on commitments, be willing to do 'whatever it takes' to support the group
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
Preferred
An accounting degree is preferred
Experience with Addepar is a plus
