Responsibilities
Network Installation & Configuration
Deploy and configure routers, switches, and other networking hardware
Support site installations and ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Upgrades & Maintenance
Perform hardware and software upgrades to maintain optimal network performance
Apply patches and firmware updates as required
Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve network outages and connectivity issues promptly
Provide on-site and remote support for field operations
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes
Ensure adherence to DoD and Leidos security protocols
Qualification
Required
Active (Secret or Top Secret) security clearance
Hands-on networking experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
CCNA certification or a relevant degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Science
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts
Preferred
Experience in field service or remote site support
Familiarity with DoD networking standards and secure environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
