Handle business litigation and real estate litigation matters from inception through trial

Manage all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery

Take and defend depositions

Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

Participate in trial preparation and attend trial as needed

Negotiate settlements and collaborate with partners on litigation strategy

Qualification

Active California Bar licenseLitigation experienceDeposition experience

Required

Active California Bar license

Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience as an attorney or associate
