Responsibilities
Oversee daily procurement activities, including researching, reviewing, and processing purchase orders with precision and compliance
Evaluate vendor contracts to ensure alignment with company policies, budgetary requirements, and operational goals
Collaborate with internal teams to identify purchasing needs and source appropriate suppliers
Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiency
Manage supplier onboarding, contract renewals, and address discrepancies to maintain smooth procurement operations
Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails for all procurement activities to ensure transparency and accountability
Recommend and implement enhancements to procurement policies and procedures
Support ad-hoc procurement projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion and quality results
Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and negotiation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years' experience in procurement operations, preferably within financial services or private equity
Expertise in indirect procurement, purchasing, and corporate procurement processes
Demonstrated proficiency with procurement systems such as Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple purchase requests and prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Proven track record in contract and vendor management
Familiarity with procurement policies and compliance standards
