Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support onboarding and offboarding for internal employees and external vendors. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business operations to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for internal and vendor hires

Set up new hires in HRIS and track background checks, drug testing, and start readiness

Partner with HR, IT, and operations to manage system access and hardware requests

Track onboarding status, IT tickets, and required documentation

Ensure completion of onboarding paperwork, training, and compliance requirements

Safely handle sensitive and confidential information

Escalate HR or technical issues as needed
