Responsibilities
Work on a brand team, reporting to the Brand Marketing Director/Manager, where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth, inclusive of P&L ownership
Take charge of developing business and portfolio strategies for key Oral Care or Home Care Personal Care segments, identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them
Engage with the sales team to provide thought leadership for retailers and drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on delivering growth via digital commerce
Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities
Partner with key SME’s in developing high impact, integrated marketing campaigns and innovation concepts through clear brand strategies and briefings
Develop and activate against people-centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis
Lead everyday operations, including market share and performance analysis, budget management, forecasting volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree ideally in Marketing, Finance, Sales or related fields
6+ years or 4+ years with MBA/Masters of commercial experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales
Key involvement in Business Analysis, Marketing Plan development, and cross-functional project management
Preferred
