Develop and implement comprehensive BI solutions using tools like Microsoft Power BI and Tableau

Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights that support organizational goals

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and ensure data accuracy

Create visually compelling dashboards and reports tailored to user requirements

Ensure the integrity and security of data systems while managing access controls

Provide training and guidance to teams on the use of BI tools and methodologies

Monitor and optimize BI processes to improve efficiency and performance

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance business intelligence capabilities

Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality outputs

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align BI strategies with broader business objectives

Required

Proven experience in Business Intelligence (BI) development and implementation

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization

Knowledge of data security and governance best practices

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred
