The successful candidate will manage staff and processes within the Bureau of Internal Audit, including the development and revision of auditing policies and procedures, as well as conducting internal audits and presentations.

Responsibilities
Manage staff, processes, or programs within a small agency
Development, evaluation, and revision of auditing/accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance and strong operations for the agency
Design, implement, conduct, review, prepare, and present internal audits
Make verbal and written presentations
Maintain the IIA standards for Internal Audits
Oversee subordinate staff within the Bureau of Internal Audit
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills
Be able to work with people
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5-6 years of experience
More than five years' experience as a managing auditor, account manager, or business manager with audit experience is preferred
Related certifications and/or licenses, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Inspector General Auditor, MBA, etc., are preferred
