Qualification
Required
EPA Type IV Certification is a must
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in crawlspaces or attics
Strong with tools and focused on doing quality work
Comfortable in residential and light commercial environments
Takes initiative and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder
Preferred
1–2 years of experience with residential HVAC installs is preferred
