Account Manager, Platform Services

Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong partnerships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication. Work closely with sales team to anticipate client needs, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities before they escalate
Collaborate with Programmatic Traders to design and execute campaigns aligned with client KPI's, leveraging platform capabilities to drive performance. Translate client goals into actionable media strategies that maximize ROI and efficiency
Regularly analyze and interpret campaign performance data, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities. Provide proactive recommendations and data-backed insights that empower clients to refine their strategies
Work closely with traders, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance capabilities, and advocate for feature improvements based on client feedback. Ensure flawless execution of campaigns by bridging the gap between client expectations and platform capabilities
Serve as a trusted advisor by educating clients on evolving ad tech trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities. Represent in client meetings, QBRs, and industry events, positioning the platform as a market leader
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Four (4) years' experience required building client relationships and growing a book of business against a revenue target
Programmatic Strategy Expertise: Proven experience building and optimizing omnichannel digital campaigns using platform insights and data
Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable serving as the strategic point of contact for clients, agencies, and publishers; able to translate complex media strategies into clear, actionable plans
Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead programmatic strategy development and implementation, acting as the go-to resource for internal teams and external partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at engaging with trading teams and navigating platforms to align execution with strategic goals
Able to prioritize work based on strategic value and self-manage across multiple projects
Proficiency in breaking down complex technical problems into business solutions
Strong analytical skills to draw insights from large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
Passion for working in a space that sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology
Preferred
Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries is strongly preferred
Knowledge of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook preferred
Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) preferred
Knowledge of agency and/or publisher media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email and TV preferred
