CACI International Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Program Manager to join their team at Mastodon Design, a subsidiary focused on delivering products to the military community. The role involves leading a team of program managers in creating proposals and managing contractual, technical, and schedule performance for DoD contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of program managers to create winning proposals and efficient program execution

Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, schedule, scope, and quality

Manage internal relationships between a cross functional team spanning from sales, engineering, operations, procurement, quality, finance, and product line management to ensure success of program

Maintain relationship and coordinate with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status

Ensure production schedules are met in coordination with operations and system resources are used effectively

Coordinate resolution of customer related issues

Ensure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services

Schedule and manage all major program reviews both internally and externally

Required

Bachelor's, or higher, in Business, Financial, Management, or Engineering discipline

A minimum of 10 years' related experience of which at least 5 years' experience managing DOD/Government contract programs

Demonstrated experience presenting to customer and internal management

Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Proficient at coordinating and managing proposals including technical and cost volumes

Preferred

Prior experience in or knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems and/or military radios

Demonstrated experience managing IDIQ programs with multiple active task orders using various contract types

Demonstrated experience managing programs delivering complex radio solutions

PMP certification

Prior experience with engineering design process

Prior experience in engineering and operations with RF related DoD products

Active TS/SCI security clearance
