Responsibilities
Run product demos that feel like conversations, not presentations—understanding each prospect's workflow and showing how Vektor fits
Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and building early relationships
Translate customer pain points into product feedback—you'll have a direct line to our development team
Help new customers get up and running, ensuring they see value quickly
Represent Vektor at industry events and trade shows
Build our demo playbook and customer success processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus)
Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area
You genuinely enjoy talking to people and can build rapport quickly
You're curious—you ask good questions and actually listen to the answers
You can explain technical concepts in plain English
You're comfortable with ambiguity—startups move fast and priorities shift
Preferred
You've worked in freight, logistics, or transportation—you know the difference between a broker and a carrier
You've used a TMS before (even if you hated it—especially if you hated it)
You've been early at a startup and loved the energy
