Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision in alignment with the enterprise technology strategy
Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on user feedback, business priorities, and technical feasibility
Advocate for developer needs and ensure platform solutions are intuitive, scalable, and secure
Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to gather requirements and align on priorities
Engage with internal development teams to understand pain points and drive adoption of platform capabilities
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives
Translate product strategy into actionable work for engineering teams
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future iterations
Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic value
Work with security and compliance teams to ensure platform tools incorporate security best practices and compliance requirements by design
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience or combination or education, experience and training
Experience in a product management, business analyst, or information technology role
Experience in DevOps process with an understanding of automated builds and deployments of code/ cloud based processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability working with multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
Bachelor's: Computer and Information Science, High School (HS) (Required)
General Experience - 3 to 6 years
Preferred
Experience in Platform Engineering preferred but not required
