Talent Management & Executive Development Specialist

Responsibilities
Applies general knowledge of Human Resources/Talent Management/Learning & Development exposed through education or past experience
Partners to support across all team activities, including career development, performance management, assessments, and executive development offerings
Collaborates cross-functionally to support tech enablement for the team (e.g., developing/maintaining employee-facing digital assets, running mail merge, driving HRIS enhancements, working with Analytics to create/update insights dashboards, etc.)
Provides meeting preparation support across team, including scheduling, synthesizing data to document program/project progress and outcomes, creating/updating operating review decks, etc
Regularly updates/maintains the team’s operational playbook
Manages end-to-end planning and execution of executive development offerings. (e.g., scheduling, venue identification, managing participant lists, LMS record keeping, etc.)
Plans and coordinates the logistics of on-site, off-site, and virtual team experiences
Develops/maintains strong vendor relationships. Acts as primary point-of-contact for Sourcing and Vendor Accountability teams, ensuring contract execution, vendor payments, and budgets align
Handles data entry work requiring attention to detail and validation checks and creates supporting data visualizations (e.g., graphs, slides, etc.)
Resolves issues using established procedures; consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters
Other Talent Management & Executive Development support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience)
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs with executive-level audiences
Experience with Oracle systems for Sourcing and Purchase Order processing
Functional knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration
