Randstad Digital Americas is looking for candidates with a robust background in technical support to provide assistance to employees, contractors, and consultants. The role involves answering technical phone calls, providing entry-level support for applications and databases, and monitoring production systems for issues.

Responsibilities

Looking for candidates with 6+ years of technical support (preferably phone support) candidates who are interested in providing technical support to employees, contractors and consultants
Candidate will be answering the initial technical phone call. If he/she cannot provide the technical support, they will open a ticket for 1st or 2nd level support to resolve the issue!
With oversight, provides entry level production and non-production support of applications and databases for software
Monitors production systems for alerts, outages and system issues. Seeks continuous improvements for applications, processes, support methods and team effectiveness
Executes technical procedures to resolve production & non-production issues
Evaluates systems and processes in an effort to resolve technical problems
Implements effective solutions for break/fix issues
Develops knowledge of enterprise Systems
Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of client needs, concerns and challenges
Updates production and non-production support documentation and adheres to ITIL practices

Required

Robust background in technical support (preferably phone support)
6+ years of technical support experience (preferably phone support)
Ability to provide technical support to employees, contractors, and consultants

Monitor production systems for alerts, outages, and system issues
