Responsibilities
Concept Execution: Translate marketing briefs into bold, high-impact creative concepts for campaigns and digital initiatives
Design Craft: Execute high-quality design and tight layouts for a wide range of marketing assets, including event graphics, social media campaigns, and presentation decks
Art Direction Support: Provide clear, concise art direction for photography, illustration, and video assets to ensure brand alignment and consistency
Project Delivery: Own the production and delivery of polished final files, ensuring all assets adhere to our established brand system standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional design experience, ideally including agency or fast-paced in-house environments
A proactive, self-starter attitude with proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver results with minimal supervision
Strong visual design expertise, craft excellence, and a strategic approach to B2B storytelling
A demonstrated interest in technology and B2B marketing within the healthcare/genomics space
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, used as our primary tool for high-fidelity design collaboration and marketing asset creation
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for production and polish
Organized, collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Experience utilizing generative-AI image creation tools (using common tools to accelerate ideation and concepting is a significant advantage)
