Responsibilities
Independently underwrite and prepare concise credit proposals/modifications for committee approval
Analyze financial statements, cash flow, business structure, and collateral for commercial accounts
Monitor portfolio performance and review updated financials regularly
Gather data from clients and internal partners to complete comprehensive analyses
Manage annual renewals and new loan requests with urgency across multiple proposals
Oversee full underwriting processes for efficient handling of renewals, mods, and opportunities
Review loan inquiries, respond to clients, and track past-due/coming-due reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or equivalent
5+ years in financial analysis, credit structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management
Strong analytical and decision-making skills for risk assessment and evaluation
Excellent customer service with prompt, professional client communication
Superior presentation and group communication abilities
Detail-oriented with deep lending process knowledge and report-writing expertise
Proven multitasking in fast-paced settings with leadership/mentoring potential
Self-starter who embraces change, takes initiative, and collaborates effectively
