Responsibilities
Ideally a minimum of 4 recent years of experience litigating:
First-party property homeowners' insurance claims or experience handling a high-volume of PI, criminal defense cases, or foreclosures or construction defect - open to both plaintiff and defense experience although plaintiff experience is preferred (hailstorms, wildfires, floods, etc.)
Able to travel throughout Texas for court events as needed
