Responsibilities

Perform all operational and administrative functions related to managed and/or syndicated negotiated and competitive municipal underwritings

Update transaction information in various internal and external systems

Work with FI associates to maintain strong internal and external client relationships

Track rates and pricing adjustments; communicate changes to the sales force

Provide data and support to bankers for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Post-Sale Analyses

Keep syndicate members informed regarding pricing, allotments, and regulatory reporting for managed deals

Utilize third-party systems such as Bloomberg, Ipreo, BidComp, and NIIDs

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree (preferred), or

High school diploma with a minimum of five years of administrative or operations support experience (Financial Services industry preferred), or

Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training approved by HR

General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
