Customer Success & Account Director - Microsoft Dynamics
Jackson James is partnering with a well-established Microsoft ERP consultancy that is investing in senior leadership to support its growth. They are seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee a strategic enterprise account function focused on long-term client expansion and building trusted customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Leading and developing a senior account management function
Creating structured growth strategies across key ERP customers
Expanding revenue through services, ISV solutions, and solution enhancements
Acting as an executive sponsor for priority client relationships
Driving renewals, contract extensions, and account expansion discussions
Working cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, and solution teams
Using performance insights to improve engagement and customer outcomes
Representing the business in senior client and industry engagements
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in enterprise ERP or business applications sales
Proven leadership experience managing account managers or customer success teams
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and partner ecosystems
Track record of growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts
Confident engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders
Strategic, commercial, and relationship-focused in your approach
