The Web Coordinator Intern will support the day-to-day maintenance and execution of the agency’s website, manage web content, and assist with web design updates.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day maintenance and execution of the agency’s website by managing web content, adding and updating pages, and implementing approved copy and design changes
Assist with light web design and layout updates using platforms such as Wix (and similar website builders)
Ensure all updates align with brand direction and visual standards
Collaborate with copy, design, and campaign teams to ensure a consistent and effective online presence
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing and updating websites using platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress
Basic to intermediate web design skills, including layout, visual hierarchy, and responsive design
Familiarity with Content Management Systems and web content implementation
Ability to execute light page design or redesigns under creative direction
Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time-management skills
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating within a creative team
Preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing or branding practices is a plus
Enthusiasm for supporting purpose-driven brands and creative businesses
