Responsibilities
Provide superb customer service as the first point of contact for the company
Handle incoming and outgoing calls throughout the day
Research accounts to determine contact information for individuals and businesses
Document all actions taken on accounts utilizing computer-based systems
Contribute to company-wide goals by meeting weekly and monthly production objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette
Attentive to detail
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Ability to effectively multitask
Preferred
Customer service experience
Experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office
