Responsibilities
Support and optimize D365 Business Central, with a focus on finance and manufacturing modules
Improve system integrations, including EDI connections with vendors and customers
Provide first-line support to internal teams, resolving ERP-related issues efficiently
Lead the transition from an on-premise setup to a cloud-based Business Central solution
Document system changes, maintain configurations, and train end-users
Collaborate with finance and production teams to ensure ERP functionality aligns with business needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
Strong understanding of finance and manufacturing module processes and system optimization
Experience integrating third-party applications with D365 Business Central
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Support experience (1st & 2nd line) within a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with reporting tools (Jet Reports, Power BI)
Wider experience in the IT Landscape is preferable e.g. some networking/infrastructure experience
