Ready-Made Plastic Trays is a manufacturing business located in Meridian, ID, dedicated to providing exceptional service with excellent products. The Customer Success Representative will interact with customers, manage orders, and ensure a great customer experience while fulfilling orders and coordinating with production teams.

Responsibilities

Be able to communicate with customers over the phone and email

Be able to lift boxes from 10-30 pounds

Be able to perform miscellaneous office responsibilities, tasks, and duties

Be a team player. Being proactive and looking for ways to help are important

Computer Savvy. We use several different software that you need to be able to get up to speed with quickly. (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, Katana, HubSpot, Etc.)

Be open to change. We are a small team so the ideal candidate is willing to wear many hats and also be open to having responsibilities shifted
