Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the residential inside sales team to achieve performance targets
Monitor team metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead management and conversion
Support outside sales initiatives by aligning efforts with inbound strategies
Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability and continuous learning
Ensures CRM tools are used to track leads from initial inquiry to final outcome
Implements follow-up processes for all pending leads, confirming final status of either Booked or Lost (and disposition of bookings or lost opportunities)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
2–3 years of sales management or team leadership experience
Leadership and motivational skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Data-driven decision-making
Communication and interpersonal effectiveness
CRM and sales reporting proficiency
