Associate Material Handler
CONMED Corporation is seeking an Associate Material Handler to ensure timely material flow to production areas and accurate inventory management. This role involves supporting warehouse operations by efficiently handling, moving, and storing materials to and from production areas while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment
Accurately label and store materials in designated locations
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and as trained
Assist in inventory audits as needed
Follow safety procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material needs and issues
Qualification
Required
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift for a minimum of 8-hours
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Basic math and reading skills for inventory and documentation
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
6-12 months of work experience preferred
Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems)
Willingness to obtain forklift certification
