Responsibilities

Platform Administration: Oversee communication and content tools, managing settings, permissions, and configurations

Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, UX, automation, and analytics teams to improve platform capabilities

Access & Content Management: Handle user access, maintain content lifecycle, and enforce tagging for better searchability

Vendor Relations: Liaise with platform vendors, manage support, and represent team needs in business requirements and prioritization

Feature Utilization: Identify and promote underused features to maximize platform value

Training: Develop onboarding and training programs for effective tool usage

Integration: Manage connections between different platforms

Analytics: Build dashboards to track platform health and content performance, using insights to drive improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field

2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area

Over 4 years of direct system administration experience

Strong expertise in content and document management platforms such as Braze, AirTable, and other CMS tools

Proven background supporting communications and knowledge management teams

Skilled at identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges

Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Able to explain technical concepts in simple, accessible language for non-technical audiences

Effective working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Proficient in evaluating options, analyzing data, and leveraging platform insights to drive ongoing improvements
