Responsibilities
Overseeing research initiatives that enhance patient-centered care and outcomes related to this PCORI grant
Direct and indirect supervision of research coordinators on the project, in collaboration with study Investigators
Ensure that the study runs smoothly: oversee recruitment, assessment of subject eligibility, subject retention, progress reports for the IRB and DSMB, contribute to presentations and manuscripts, and support/perform the varied activities of the clinical research coordinator when necessary
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
The candidate must have 3-5 years of prior experience with research clinical trials
Must be a good communicator, detail-oriented, have project management skills, be organized, accountable, and adaptable
Preferred
Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience preferred
