Sales Acceleration Leader

ServiceMaster® Brands is a leading provider of residential and commercial services, and they are seeking a Sales Acceleration Leader to drive commercial success for new franchise locations. The role involves coaching franchise owners, building sales plans, and ensuring strong openings for new locations.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Build and execute customized Sales & Marketing Launch Plans to accelerate time to first revenue
Identify and prioritize high-value referral networks (insurance, adjusters, property management, first responders, commercial accounts)
Coach franchise owners on hiring, onboarding, and leading Business Development Representatives and Project Managers
Train owners and teams on the Restore Sales System, including consultative selling, objection handling, CRM usage, and sales management disciplines
Establish and reinforce post-opening sales rhythms: referral visit cadence, CE classes, ERPS agreements, commercial presentations
Monitor early-stage performance metrics to ensure sales activity, referral growth, and unit-level economics stay on track
Identify underperformance early and partner with owners to implement corrective action plans
Own and continuously improve the New Location Sales Playbook, launch templates, scorecards, and best-practice documentation

Required

Proven ability to coach sales teams and drive activity-based accountability
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including comfort delivering CE classes and training sessions
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and structured sales processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5–10 years of B2B sales leadership, franchise coaching, or commercial operations experience
Ability to travel up to 75%

Preferred

Experience in insurance, restoration, facilities management, or related industries
