Responsibilities

Define and lead the North American procurement strategy in line with global procurement and regional operational objectives

Drive transformation through creativity, innovation and professional procurement practices

Oversee all categories of spend, ensuring strong governance, compliance and risk management

Develop and embed category management and supplier relationship management approaches to maximise value

Strengthen supply continuity through proactive risk management and full participation in IBP processes

Build a capable, high-performing procurement organisation through clear role definition and structured development programs

Leverage spends analytics and procurement data to deliver year-on-year value improvement

Foster strong, transparent relationships with senior stakeholders across the business

Champion continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working
