Responsibilities
Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that evolving requirements are translated into actionable solutions
Collect, analyse, and document requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment
Proactively engage with stakeholders to clarify business needs and propose improvements
Conduct investigations and system analysis for integrations, processes, and data flows
Prepare system documentation, including sequence diagrams, process flows, and architectural diagrams
Provide technical input on solution feasibility and implementation approaches
Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of BA/SA experience, including 3+ years of proven experience as a System Analyst in complex, large-scale projects
Solid technical background with the ability to discuss implementation approaches and system architecture
Strong expertise in system modelling and documentation (e.g., sequence diagrams, UML, BPMN, architecture diagrams)
Hands-on experience in integration projects (microservices, APIs, system-to-system interactions)
Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical design
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to make recommendations
Fluent English (C1 is required), with experience working in international, multicultural teams
