Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality web applications
Develop and maintain reusable UI components that meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ADA, and Section 508) and responsive design principles
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
Support back-end development tasks using Java when required
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
80% Front-End / 20% Back-End development experience
Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with Java for back-end development
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with responsive design principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
