Mid LevelGlobal Boat Shipping Group is a trusted partner in the worldwide transportation of yachts and boats. They are seeking a Sales Manager – North America to drive expansion by developing relationships with dealers and manufacturers, and executing regional sales strategies.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and develop relationships with dealers, brokers, and manufacturers exporting boats worldwide
Collaborate closely with our Chief Sales Officer to shape and execute regional sales strategies
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for road and ocean transportation (Ro/Ro, container, flat rack)
Represent the company at key industry events and boat shows (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Annapolis)
Guide clients from initial booking through documentation and export, working hand-in-hand with our Operations team
Build trusted, long-term customer relationships with a strong focus on service quality and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, ideally within marine, logistics, freight forwarding, maritime, or boat-related industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience preparing quotes for logistics services
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset with persistence and sound business judgment
Existing relationships or a book of business in the U.S. boat industry are a strong plus
Fluency in English
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
