Responsibilities

Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritization
Monitor and track meeting priorities and emails for the Vice President
Act as a proxy for the VP when necessary
Manage travel and expense coordination
Provide comprehensive administrative support functions
Manage multiple tasks and action items with appropriate follow-up
Prepare necessary documentation for VP's deliverables

Required

Advanced organization and calendar management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Exceptional problem-solving and adaptability
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to make smart and timely decisions
3-4 years of experience, ideally
Experience supporting high-level management, such as VPs, experienced VPs, or CEOs
At least two years of college required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn
Former employees with relevant experience are preferred
