Responsibilities
Provide individual and family face-to-face case management services
Provide delinquency prevention activities such as: mentoring, counseling, and group facilitation (on-site & in schools)
Develop professional relationships with community and collaborative partners
Provide crisis management support as needed to caseload participants
Comply with all documentation requirements dictated by contact
Transportation to meetings and program required services
Completes other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Training in Child Abuse and/or Other Perspective Issues
Knowledge/Familiarity of Juvenile Justice System
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a good driving record
Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed)
Employment subject to clearances, including background finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and drug testing
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
