Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure and application systems
Support and administer Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems
Collaborate with business units to align technology solutions with organizational goals
Manage vendors and evaluate new technologies for efficiency gains
Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Preferred
SAP experience is a plus
