Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain all IT hardware assets for an organization of approximately 800 users
Responsible for inventory management
Asset lifecycle tracking
Facility checks
Coordination with finance and vendors
Manage physical assets, shipping logistics, and vendor coordination

Required

Experience in IT asset or inventory management within a corporate or enterprise environment
Strong understanding of ITIL standards related to asset management
Experience tracking hardware inventory for end‑user computing environments
Ability to manage physical assets, shipping logistics, and vendor coordination
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working in a hands‑on role that blends planning with execution
