Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Establish schedule baselines and update progress throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate closely with project managers and key stakeholders to align schedules with project objectives
Perform schedule analysis, including Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
Generate and deliver scheduling reports, including look-ahead schedules, resource forecasts, and variance/progress analysis
Ensure compliance with organizational scheduling standards and documentation requirements
Support effective project execution through accurate, timely scheduling and reporting
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale projects
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project
Solid understanding and application of Critical Path Method (CPM)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant project scheduling experience
Preferred
Experience supporting capital project planning and construction management initiatives
Experience with infrastructure, utilities, or capital projects
Familiarity with outage planning and coordination
